  1. The book was great at breaking down the three components of change: the rider, the elephant, and the path – the head, heart and hands. Through those three components, there were ways to break things down and motivate ourselves to do things that are hard and seem impossible. I realized that you don’t need influence or resources in order to enact change within myself, and with the world around me.
