Perhaps you are feeling discouraged because you want to design a shirt for the Bibliopolis T-shirt Design Contest, but don’t know Photoshop. As it says in the best book of all time* – “Fear not.” You can still submit a design for the contest using the ooShirts: T-Shirt Design App or the Custom Ink Design Lab.  I’m sure there are others out there too, but these are two resources for those of us who are Photoshop-challenged.
